Photos source :Pictures  taken in the Lab G12 on 16 nov 2010 with Olympus camera
Camera Model : Olympus µ 1000,Serial no: K28225447.All pictures were taken  at end of reaction
Tube  1 : time for reaction  stoped after 20 min , without any lipase the reaction wasn`t taking place.
Tube 2 : was the quickest to change colour ....was turning from dk grn to vivid yellow in 12 min.
Tube 3 : because the lipase was boiled before adding to reaction , there was no reaction  the lipase was modified by boiling it .We`ve stoped time after 25 min.
Tube 4:  was in the bath of 45 Celsius and the change in the colour was happening after 18 minutes of reaction
Tube 5: Went  into the fridge with a temp of 7 celsius  after 25 minutes the colour changed to yellow
Tube 6: Was kept at room temperature  of 20 celsius and the colour changed after 20 minutes.
Tube 7: Was kept in the Ice bath  time for reaction was stopped at 25 minutes and the colour at that time was light green. The reaction was very slow.
